BABIČKA DELAKTO Sour Cream is characterized by a fine texture, firm consistency, and a pleasant milky aroma. The only difference is that the enzyme lactase is added during the production process, which breaks down lactose into simpler, more easily digestible sugars. However, the taste, texture, and properties of the product remain the same.
